“One of the toughest challenges facing small and medium-sized IT service businesses is profitably growing revenues while acquiring new customers,” says JP Jauvin, general manager, SolarWinds N-able. “Many IT service professionals are either using manual processes or complex software tools to manage the business, but what they really need is a cloud-based IT service management software platform that is simple, affordable, and easy to manage.”
SolarWinds N-able MSP Manager is expected to be available in September 2015 and will be sold on a per month/per user subscription basis. Pricing is available online.
