Draper, Utah-based StorageCraft Technology Corporation, a backup and disaster recovery provider, just rolled out a new tool for its MSP partners, with the aim of helping them increase their profits, simplify the way they manage their clients’ backup environments, and better serve their clients overall.
The new StorageCraft MSP Portal, part of the StorageCraft Profit-Ability Partner Program, features user-friendly interface enhancements that will benefit current MSP partners worldwide who are licensing StorageCraft MSP products. The portal also provides additional functionality and optimization for MSP partners who manage their StorageCraft MSP licenses using a tablet, such as an iPad or Windows Surface device.
“For more than 10 years, we have been committed to providing tools that improve the way MSPs do business, including partners who provide professional service automation (PSA) and remote management and monitoring (RMM) tools, as well as partners who create backup and disaster recovery (BDR) appliances,” says StorageCraft CEO Jeff Shreeve. “We understand that in order for StorageCraft to be successful, our partners must be successful. This is evident in the fact that our MSP program has had more than 100 percent year-over-year growth for the last three years.”
In addition to the MSP partners who work directly with StorageCraft, many MSPs benefit from StorageCraft technology by working with StorageCraft OEM Partners. StorageCraft Alliance Partners include PSA vendors Autotask Corp. and ConnectWise; RMM providers LabTech Software, N-able by SolarWinds, AVG Managed Workplace, Continuum Managed Services, and Kaseya; as well as BDR vendors Advanced Backup Solutions, Datto Inc., CharTec, and eFolder.
