Remote monitoring and management (RMM) solutions provider Level Platforms has seen another “deep product integration” with its Managed Workplace platform – this time from the cloud platform developer Axcient.
Through its Vendor Alliance and Technology Integration Program (TIP) initiatives, Level Platforms says it intends to provide MSPs with a flexible RMM solution that will “manage the full range of vendor technologies impacting end-customers’ IT experiences.”
Axcient Service Module
The Managed Workplace latest integration from Axcient is called the Axcient Service Module. It installs with a few clicks to provide two-way integration between the two solutions.
The Service Module enables MSPs to monitor overall health and status of an end-client’s backup and data protection system. This includes the ability to identify protected, potentially unprotected, and at-risk sites as well as the success or failure of various backup and recovery jobs.
“Service Modules provides MSPs with a complete, detailed view of the status of the participating vendor’s products or services across all of their end-customers’ networks through the Level Platforms Managed Workplace,” states Level Platforms in a press release submitted to ChannelPro-SMB.
For its part, Axcient says its deeper integration provides data protection and RMM in one. “Businesses are increasingly turning to managed service providers for solutions to eliminated data loss, avoid IT downtime, and keep applications up and running at all times,” says Axcient CEO Justin Moore.
Moore adds that the integration with Level Platforms “ensures our joint partners can help SMB customers avoid losing revenue, reputation, or data by getting them immediately back up and running after a system failure or disaster.”
