Members of the Avaya Inc. Connect Channel Partner Program can now be authorized to sell Radvision Scopia video solutions as part of their unified communications (UC) offerings. Basking Ridge, N.J.-based Avaya acquired Radvision earlier this year, bringing Scopia video products and technologies into Avaya’s portfolio of UC solutions.
Through year-end, Avaya Connect channel partners with existing video experience are being selected for fast-track authorization to sell Radvision Scopia solutions. The authorization program will be available to all Avaya Connect partners beginning in January 2013.
Avaya Connect channel partners authorized to sell Scopia solutions receive top-tier levels of technical support, services integration, and training for incorporating enhanced video into a communications solution. Existing Radvision partners will continue to participate in the Radvision Eye-to-Eye partner program. Many Radvision partners have also expanded their video portfolio by joining the Avaya Connect channel program.
To become an Avaya Connect partner authorized to offer Scopia video solutions, partners invest in training, demo equipment, and pass a services assessment to be resell-, implementation- and support-authorized.
