The P569-Series of cables provide support for Ethernet data connectivity, audio return channel, 3D display, and 4096 x 2160 video resolution.
Tripp Lite, maker of power protection and connectivity products, has introduced a new line of high-speed HDMI cables with Ethernet.
The new P569-series is the latest generation of digital and audio cabling from Tripp Lite. The products provide support for Ethernet data connectivity, audio return channel, 3D display, and 4096 x 2160 video resolution.
The company says its new high-speed HDMI cables Ethernet have been tested to perform at speeds up to 10.2 Gbps and can handle 1080p signals at increased color depths and refresh rates.
The cables are backward compatible with previous versions of HDMI.

The new P569-Series features:
- HDMI Ethernet Channel–For high-speed bi-directional communication.
- Audio Return Channel–Enables a TV to send audio signal back to an A/V receiver for processing and playback.
- 3D Over HDMI–Defines common 3D formats and resolutions for HDMI devices.
- 4096 x 2160 Resolution Support–Enables HDMI devices to support the HD resolutions four times higher than that of a 1080p device.
- Content Type Expansion—Enables a TV to optimize picture settings based on content type
- Expanded Support for Color Spaces–Allows for more precise color rendering and picture quality.
