Vembu Technologies Completes Integration with ConnectWise
The company’s StoreGrid Service Provider Edition now combines with ConnectWise business operations software for streamlined online backup management processes.
Online backup software developer Vembu Technologies has completed integration of its StoreGrid Service Provider Edition with ConnectWise business operations software. The company says combining StoreGrid with ConnectWise enables MSPs with to streamline processes when managing online backup.
StoreGrid Service Provider Edition is designed to enable MSPs, VARs, and other service providers to offer backup services to SMBs at an affordable cost. Vembu says extending its functionality to integrate with ConnectWise products makes backup offerings “easier and more efficient.”
“MSPs who are using StoreGrid to provide their online backup service and who use ConnectWise to manage their customers can now monitor their customers’ backup and restore jobs, and available disk space directly in ConnectWise,” states a Vembu press release submitted to EH Publishing.
Vembu CEO Sekar Vembu says MSPs often deploy multiple StoreGrid backup servers at different customer sites. The integration with ConnectWise will help them, he says. “With the integration of these servers with centralized ConnectWise platform, which the MSPs are already using to manage their IT services, it makes managing their remote backup offerings easier and more efficient with minimum administration time.”
For ConnectWise, the integration capabilities help to provide MSPs with more ways of managing online backup. “With this integration, we continue to grow our network of on-demand tools, knowledge, and services,” says ConnectWise CEO Arnie Bellini.
