DeskCenter USA, developer of the DeskCenter 15-apps-in-one desktop management suite, is touting a new partner program this spring for resellers of its SaaS and cloud-based services.
According to DeskCenter, one of the ways the partner program helps channel pros is by providing a range of tiered licensing packages. In this way, the desktop management software can be customized somewhat to the needs of specific SMB clients.
“Facing harsh economic realities, many organizations are looking for smarter and more creative solutions for their sensitive budgets,” DeskCenter told ChannelPro–SMB in a March presentation. “The company’s partners will generate new and recurring revenues by architecting lean desktop management solutions with customers’ best IT and business practices in mind.”
DeskCenter adds that with free account registration, Partner Program participants gain access to customer leads, sales and marketing materials, customer contact templates (including HTML and e-mail actions), technology training, demo versions, equipment, and support.

As part of its new three-stage partner program, the suite is offered via Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels. The packages include automated support tools. Each iteration of the bundle also sports a centralized dashboard for all 15 applications.
“Corporate pricing structures for DeskCenter Solutions AG and DeskCenter USA have been well received by our customers,” says DeskCenter USP president and CEO Hans Kaemmlein. “The company has already signed a number of resellers and managed service providers.
