NetDirector KVMs feature control a maximum of 128 (16-port models) or 256 computers (32-port models), with full-screen graphical OSD and multi-level authentication.
Tripp Lite has introduced four new IP-capable Cat5 KVM switches with advanced features, called NetDirector KVMs.
The new products feature virtual media capabilities, redundant dual power supplies, and energy-saving temperature sensors.

Key features and benefits of the new KVMs include:
- Simultaneous support for one local user and up to four remote users
- Virtual Media capability, enabling connected computers to access flash drives and other storage media remotely
- Redundant dual power supplies, which keep the KVM switch running if the primary power supply fails
- Built-in sensors, including temperature, for saving and prolonging fan life
- Federal Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliance for GSA Schedules and other government contracts
