Grass Roots Launches Helix3 Suite for Loyalty Program Management
Single platform provides remote management services for incentive and loyalty programs aimed at SMB employees, channel partners, and customers.
Grass Roots, a provider of performance improvement solutions, has launched the Helix3 suite of technology solutions.
Helix3 is designed to aid SMBs in implementing incentive and loyalty programs by managing those programs centrally, though enabling them to be deployed anywhere around the world.
Simply put, Helix3 is a multi-tier platform that enables management of three kinds of programs: those for employees, those for the channel, and those for consumers.
According to Grass Roots, the Helix3 technology framework is flexible and can be applied on a local or multi-market basis. It uses portals that include Web pages made up of ‘portlets’ that can be customized to meet the needs of SMBs and individual users.
“Because of its flexibility,” Grass Roots states in a recent press release, “Helix3 not only eliminates excessive set up costs, but also allows users to select specific features to get an effective program underway quickly.”
