VMIX Video-on-Demand Platform Launches VAR Channel Program
The white-label SaaS platform enables SMB resellers to generate recurring revenues.
San Diego-based VMIX Media, Inc., a provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) video and digital media management solutions, is launching a channel program designed to generate ongoing SaaS income for resellers serving SMB and larger markets. Through this new program, solution providers will own the end-user relationship, collecting monthly service revenues. VMIX will in turn provide partners with marketing and sales support, best practices and training, back-line tech support, and per-customer usage reporting.
As corporate communications continue to evolve in sophistication, commercial Web sites are incorporating less static content and more animated, interactive media such as streaming video presentations. Online video is exploding as a communications and marketing tool, and is estimated to be the fastest growing interactive function on the Internet on into 2012, according to a 2008 report by Forrester Research. Other reports predict that it will become a $15 billion market.
The VMIX white-label Software as a Service (SaaS) video platform allows companies to host customized video content on their own sites and to manage, organize, and distribute that content, leveraging it to market their businesses and increase sales in the sluggish economy.
