Fonality, an IP business provider, has launched an enhanced portal for its Fonality Partner Plus Program. The new portal will offer user-friendly tools and resources to support Fonality sales initiatives around its cloud-based and hybrid-hosted business communications.
Fonality’s Partner Plus portal will serve as an all-inclusive, user-friendly resource to educate partners about Fonality services and introduce strategies to sell and deploy its solutions effectively. The portal will offer a variety of content, including industry whitepapers, product videos, and customer case studies that will be regularly updated to assist in sales opportunities.
“Equipping partners to be as successful as possible is a high priority and we will use the new portal as a global platform to engage and educate them,” says John Young, vice president of channel development for Fonality. “This resource will help partners successfully market their services, strengthen current customer relationships, and ultimately grow their revenue.”
Online training sessions and curriculum will also be made available so that users may attain Fonality certification. Fonality will also offer ongoing marketing and technical expertise to its partners.
